Thank you for your interest in the TCF Scholarship program.

Scholarships are awarded to selected individuals who:

1. will major in an allied health profession;
2. live in the TCF Service Area.

Applicants must submit a completed application no later than the last business day of November, including the following attachments:

1. most recent transcripts (if adult applicant, contact TCF to determine relevance);
2. SAT scores;
3. letters of recommendation;
4. essay.
