The TCF Board of Directors is a collection of dedicated leaders connected to eastern Delaware County by residence, employment, or heritage, but most of all, by their common commitment to enriching the lives of all the community members we serve.

Jeffrey D. MacIntyreJeffrey D. MacIntyre
Chairman

Jeffrey MacIntyre is a Project Manager for Hamada, Inc., a large specialty contractor based in Philadelphia, and is a lifelong resident of the TCF service area.

Jeff has been an active participant in all aspects of governance in TCF prior to his election as Chairman of the Board. In addition to his work on the Executive Committee, Jeff has served as a critical member of the Property, Scholarship, and Community Service committees.

Jeff is a former chairman of the Ridley Area YMCA board and a contributor to YMCA efforts by his active participation on the boards of the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County and the Community YMCA Foundation. Jeff has also worked with several youth sports organizations in the area.


Christina M. Costanzo ClarkChristina M. Costanzo Clark
Vice Chair

Christina Costanzo Clark is the Assistant Dean of Academic and Student Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. She is a 1997 graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a 1998 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science degree in Education, Higher Education Administration. Christina is currently pursuing her doctorate in education at Penn.

Christina oversees a multitude of programs and serves on a plethora of committees in the School of Nursing. She also brings significant presentation and grant authorship experience to the TCF Board.


Patrick F. O'BrienPatrick F. O'Brien
Vice Chair

Patrick F. O’Brien is currently the Associate Dean of Saint Joseph’s University, where he manages the operations of the Erivan K. Haub School of Business undergraduate program. He has experience in university administration, financial management, and human resource management and has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

Pat‘s activities in the community include service as a board member of Ken-Crest Services, and as President of the Nassau Swim Club. In addition, he promoted organ donation through Gift of Life, coaches Ridley Youth Lacrosse, and fund raises for the Philadelphia Make-A-Wish Foundation.


Robert M. BarbacaneRobert M. Barbacane, CPA
Treasurer

Robert M. Barbacane is the founder and managing partner of Barbacane, Thornton & Company and is a 1970 graduate of the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Rob serves on the board of directors of Crozer Keystone Health System, where he is a member of the finance committee and serves as chairman of the audit committee. Rob also serves on the Accountants Committee of United Way of Delaware and is past board president of Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Taylor Hospital.


Horace B. Griffith, IIIHorace B. Griffith, III
Secretary

Horace B. "Hank" Griffith, III is a longtime member of the TCF Board, having served multiple terms as Chairman, and is a fourth-generation funeral director of the Norwood-based Griffith Funeral Chapel, a business founded in 1898.

A Springfield High School and Gettysburg College graduate, Hank has served as a valuable community asset as past-chairman of the board of Taylor Hospital and as an active member of the Crozer-Keystone Health System's Health Services Board. Hank has also served with many other community and professional organizations, including the YMCA and Family and Community Services.


John H. Clark, Jr.John H. Clark, Jr.
Board Member

John H. Clark, Jr. is an attorney and lifelong resident of Delaware County. A cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, John is a major in the AIr Force Reserve and was active with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

A community leader, John has served as president of both the Delaware County Historical Society and the Chester Pike Rotary and as a member of the Nicholas Newlin Foundation and the Lindsay Law Library. John also volunteered as a guide/interpreter at Independence National Historic Park.


Dennis W. Cronin, M.D.Dennis W. Cronin, M.D.
Board Member

Dr. Dennis Cronin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where he completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

Dennis has many years of experience as a medical staff leader and is a past-president of Taylor Hospital's Medical and Dental Staff. In addition, he is a member of several national and local organizations, including the American College of Surgeons, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Delaware County Medical Society and the Philadelphia Academy of Surgery.


Henry A. Eberle, Jr.Henry A. Eberle, Jr.
Board Member

Henry A. Eberle, Jr. is currently serving his third term as Mayor of Ridley Park, a community in which he has been a resident since 1961. A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Hank is a retired human resources executive for Sun Oil Company and continues to provide human resources consultation to several area clients.

In addition to his many years leading TCF's Community Service committee, Hank has served on the boards of Taylor Hospital, Barnstormers Theater, and many other educational, recreational, religious, and athletic boards.


William H. Erb, Jr., M.D.William H. Erb, Jr., M.D.
Board Member

Dr. William Henry Erb, Jr.has a long heritage as a staff surgeon at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, and Taylor Hospital, where he also rose to become President of the Medical Staff.

Following his education at Haverford College and the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, Bill served his country in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps and in the past two decades has focused on serving his community as a board member at Taylor Hospital and as Judge of Elections in Rose Valley Borough.


J. Mervyn HarrisJ. Mervyn Harris
Board Member

J. Mervyn Harris has been at the center of Delaware County events and activities since his graduation from the Pennsylvania Military College.

Merv is well known as a former State Legislator and has served on innumerable boards of nonprofit organizations and events committees. One of his latest efforts is to create an awareness of our State’s 325th Anniversary by chairing the committee planning the events and celebrations. His time, efforts, and talents have been invaluable to many nonprofit organizations in Delaware County.
